You understand that performance depends on factors such as your industry, lead sources, and responsiveness.

4. Free Trial & Payment Terms

We may offer a free test period or results-based billing as described on the site or in writing. For paid services:

Payment is due based on the agreed terms in writing or on your invoice

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

If a payment method fails, your service may be paused or terminated

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate data, lead lists, or credentials when requested

Maintaining access to your CRM, calendar, or booking tools

Responding to booked leads in a timely manner

Pipeline Surge is not responsible for unresponsive sales teams or leads that are not followed up internally.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, code, systems, and branding associated with Pipeline Surge remain our exclusive property. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of our system without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific sales or revenue results, though we will deliver best-effort outcomes based on our expertise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipeline Surge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

You fail to pay for Services after multiple attempts

You may cancel at any time by contacting support.
